Girotonno Live Cooking
Every day the Girotonno Live Cookings will give you the chance to taste the recipes with tuna prepared live by the most important Italian and international chefs. The audience attending the events will get the chance to taste the dishes.
The XVI edition of Girotonno will see in Carloforte: chef-actor Andy Luotto, the loved protagonist of Gambero Rosso Channel Giorgione, from Carloforte Luigi Pomata, Secondo Borghero and Lorenzo Ingenuo,the Japanese master Haruo Ichikawa with Lorenzo Lavezzari, Michelin-starred Andrea Berton and Andrea Aprea, and also Matteo Metullio the youngest Italian chef decorated with a Michelin star who will participate to a cooking show side by side with Achille Pinna and his sous chef Davide De Pra.
The tickets for the cooking shows, with limited seats, can be purchased at the ticket booth in Banchina Mamma Mahon and will cost 10 euros each.
